The renovation included a substantial rear addition that more than doubled the home’s overall footprint and expanded livable space across all levels — from a newly finished basement through the third-floor attic. The completed residence now features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a fully finished lower level designed to support modern family living and entertaining.

Throughout the home, all interior millwork was custom designed, fabricated, and installed by Academy Builders’ in-house cabinet and millwork division. This included architectural trim, built-ins, specialty storage solutions, and custom cabinetry, all crafted to complement the home’s historic proportions while delivering modern functionality and refined detail.
