PROJECT MANAGER
As a Project Manager at Academy, you’ll ensure our job sites run smoothly by supporting project managers, subcontractors, and our internal teams. You’ll play a hands-on role in site prep, cleanliness, safety, and task execution to keep each project moving forward. This role requires strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to craftsmanship and jobsite excellence.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Strong Communication & Client Management – The role requires timely communication with clients and internal teams, including weekly progress reports, schedule adjustments, and clear problem-solving updates to ensure projects run smoothly and client expectations are met
Project & Field Oversight – Hands-on management of subcontractors, Buildertrend schedules, quality control, jobsite safety, and on-site problem solving are central responsibilities.

CABINET MAKER
You’ll bring custom designs to life through skilled craftsmanship in our in-house shop. From fabricating cabinetry to occasional on-site installation, you’ll collaborate closely with our design and build teams to deliver beautifully tailored pieces that reflect our high standards and signature aesthetic.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Experience with woodworking equipment – At least 3 years of experience, proficiency in operating tools such as CNC machines, table saws, routers, and sanders.
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings – Strong understanding of technical drawings to accurately fabricate custom cabinetry.
Attention to detail and craftsmanship – A commitment to maintaining Jkath’s high standards of quality, aesthetic, and precision.
